Zesty Tropical Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple flavoured coconut water or regular coconut water

  • 2 cups Vision Greens Zesty Arugula

  • ½ frozen banana (if using a fresh banana add 2 ice cubes to the smoothie)

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • Freshly squeezed juice from ½ a lime

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
